Inclusion Statement
Our goal is to build an inclusive Community that recognises and celebrates the image of God in all people, and we therefore welcome all applications regardless of disability, economic power, ethnicity, sex, sexuality, gender, gender identity, learning disability, mental health or neurodiversity.
We also highlight that the Community is fully ecumenical – you’ll meet, worship with and pray alongside people from many different traditions and Christian backgrounds. It is vital that you have an openness to learning from other Christians, and prepared for diverse worldviews and experiences of faith. We do not want you to change your denomination or church affiliation but ask that you will be open to learning from others.
Please read our ‘is it for me?’ document below and get in touch if you have any questions. We would love to hear about your gifts and passions, and how we could find a placement and course to fit your specific needs.
Applications are NOW OPEN!
Join us from September 2023.
