Aged 18-35? Join our residential Community in Leicester for a year of formation.

Our year has three bespoke building blocks:

MISSIONAL PLACEMENT

Exercise your God-given gifts and grow in leadership by serving the mission of a local church or social action project.

Possible placements include:

Roots Intercultural Worshipping Community;
The Tree of Life House of Prayer Team;
Placement in an Inclusive Church;
Interfaith/reconciliation organisation, such as the St Philips Centre.

Study / Training

Invest in yourself with a course of study or vocational training.

We will work with you to find a suitable programme of study. Options may include:

New Wine Discipleship Year, taught at the Holy Trinity, Leicester;
A theological Courses at St Mellitus, East Midlands;
Lay ministry training with Leicester Diocese;
Short course or degree with the Institute of Children, Youth & Mission;
Diocese Journey in Faith course.

COMMUNITY LIFE

Eat, pray, laugh, play, worship and share life with a diverse community of young Christians. Build deep-spirited friendships and allow differences to enrich your relationships and transform your worldview.

Our core community building practices are:

Listening – weekly community meeting

Sharing Food – weeknight meals together & shared food budget

Worship – weekly House worship

Service – share in cooking, cleaning and care for house, garden & each other
